Our Store Policity
After you have received your order confirmation, it may take 1 to 10 business days to prepare and ship your order.
Your order will be shipped via USPS and will take 1 to 3 days to arrive. Once your order is shipped what happens to it is not our responsibility.
If your order is late, arrives open / damaged, or is lost, it is not our responsibility. If your order is returned to our mailbox you will have to pay the shipping again due to your wrong address.
We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.
The shipping policy is subject to change, we recommend that you check it frequently to be aware of the changes.
Our Return Policy
Wink of Beauty carefully reviews their products before they are shipped. If you receive damaged packaging by mail, you have 24 hours to notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A photo of the damaged product must be sent and we will evaluate the case.
Wink of Beauty, will make replacements as long as the product is not altered, used, with fingerprints, wet (or any other damage) by the client. Your product will be replaced as soon as possible after receiving the damaged item, if the product is already out of stock you will be notified for a refund or to choose another product of the same price.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
No changes, replacements or returns will be made in the following cases:
That the products were marked on sale or with discounts.
If the product was used or opened.
If the package arrived open and the product is not in it (since there is no certainty of how the package was opened and the place of the product)
If the product is scratched, beaten, dirty or otherwise abused by the customer.
There are no exchanges or returns for other reasons.
